Persia Darbar, a brain child of the third generation Mr. Faizaan Kotwala, son of Mr. Javed Kotwala, Owner of Persian Darbar, and grandson of Mr. Abubakkar (Abubhai), founder of Persian Darbar.

Persia Darbar began with new thoughts and ideas which made it a pioneer in various food specialities including Mughlai, Punjabi, Chinese, Sea Food cuisines and not the least Raan.Being awarded the title of “Raan King”, this dish can be cooked in 10 different variants.The restaurant is split between the Darbar Hall, *Galeecha, Chilman and the Jashan in four lovely parts.
