Our third generation youngster has applied his new thoughts and ideas by starting this restaurant. Faizan Kotwala, Managing Director of Persia Darbar is the son of Javed Kotwala, Director of Persian Darbar and the grandson of Abubakkar Kotwala(Abu bhai), one of the founders of Persian Darbar. Persia Darbar has established itself as a leader in food court dining. Establishing the first specialized food court in the suburb it has already won many professional laurels and most importantly the praise and loyalty of its customers.
